If I change my mind, can I have a refund?If you change your mind, please contact us ASAP. If your purchase has not gone to the production phase, we will be happy to stop the order and refund your money or work with you to amend your purchase. If your order has proceeded beyond the production phase it cannot be refunded or altered under any circumstances.

Can I use a payment plan?No, We do not currently accept payment plans

How long will it take for my print or canvas to be delivered?Please allow between 6-8 weeks for delivery as they are all made to order

Can I purchase a photograph as a gift, and have you send it to the recipient’s address?Yes, please put the address in the notes section of the purchase along with the name of recipient.

What if my print is damaged?If your print arrives damaged, please contact us upon 24 hours of receipt of your product and provide clear photographs of the damage, so that we may assess and commence a claim with the relevant courier company (print will be insured by post). Your product will be replaced or refunded. If you fail to contact us within 24 hours, you are acknowledging that the product has arrived in good condition

How much is delivery?Delivery is calculated at time of sale as it is dependant on product size, weight & delivery location

Cordina Photography is not responsible for the storage of images. (Archival)Whilst I make an effort to back up ALL work externally, there is no guarantee that down the track I will still have your files, I will however be happy to assist you if possible (i.e. seeing if by chance I may have the files) however this would require an additional fee.

Can I order a size not listed in the options?You can order a size not listed in the options, you will however have to fill out a contact form with the details & i will endeavour to get back to you ASAP
