Sales Terms & Conditions

 

Cordinaphotography.com (“Seller”) hereby agrees to sell, and You (“Buyer”) hereby agree to purchase, goods of the description and quantity described on the checkout window (“Checkout”) under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

To the best of my knowledge, all descriptions of the goods and services within this site are accurate. All errors are corrected as soon as we become aware of them.

Cordina Photography may revise or amend these Terms of Use at any time in its absolute discretion by posting revised terms. By continuing to use this site after any revision becomes effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Use.

All Photographs displayed on this website, and/or offered for sale as prints, are the property of Anthony Cordina (copyright owner). All prints are reproductions made to order at time of purchase.

No rights are conferred in purchasing a print (or prints) from Cordinaphotography.com. 

​

You must not:

1. Incorporate the Photograph(s) into trademarks, logos, or service marks.

2. Copy, modify or share the Photograph(s) in any manner.

3. Use the Photograph(s) in advertising.

4. Use the Photograph(s) in an illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner. 

5. Make the Photograph(s) available for download.

6. Use the Photograph(s) in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration.

7. Affect the functionality or operation of the site or its servers or the functionality or operation of any user’s computer systems (e.g. by transmitting a computer virus or other harmful component, whether or not knowingly);

Payment Terms

The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by the Buyer at Checkout. Orders will not progress until full payment is made.

​

Prices include taxes and/or fees prescribed depending upon Jurisdiction, any such amount will be added to the purchase price and shown on your invoice or receipt.

​

Should there be any taxes and/or fees later determined payable on the sale they will be the Buyers responsibility. All prints are reproductions made to order at time of purchase.

​

We only accept print orders from Australian states and territories. Within this area, our policies as to delivery and returns apply as set out in these Terms of Use.

​

You warrant that all details you provide to us when placing an order are current, correct and complete, that you are an authorised user of the Paypal account or credit or debit card used to place your order and that your nominated Paypal account or credit or debit card will cover the full cost of the purchase.
 

Purchases will not be dispatched until a pre-authorisation check has been completed and the details submitted and funds available. If we are unable to successfully process your Paypal account or debit or credit card payment for your order, it will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to reject your order for products or services purchased through the Website for any reason, including but not limited to if the products or services are not available, if there is an error in the description or price of the requested products or services as advertised on the Website or if there is an error in your order. If we reject your order, we will notify you by email of our rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time thereafter and give you the option of reconfirming your order, changing your order, or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for your purchase, you will receive a full refund.

 

All prices are inclusive of GST and in Australian dollars (AUD).

Prices displayed on the Website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.

Where permitted, we reserve the right to limit sales. We reserve the right to contact you at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time thereafter if we have any concern about the quantity of products or services you have purchased. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for purchases through any fraudulent or unlawful means.

Delivery

We currently use Australia Post for all domestic and international shipping. However, we reserve the right to use any suitable courier if the need arises.

​

Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Goods shall be packaged according to Seller’s standards and practices.

​

Exclude and allow extra days for national and state public holidays for artwork, printing and delivery estimates.

​

Our products are printed by a small number of carefully selected 3rd party suppliers. Some of our suppliers may deliver with their own branded packaging without reference to Cordina Photography

​

Returns

The particular tone and colour settings of the monitor or device you view images on has a marked influence on your perception of those images. There is also a visual difference when viewing an image on screen compared to a print.

​

Since we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor, we will not accept colour reproduction as a valid reason for return.

​

Due to the bespoke status of these artworks, items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned.

​

We reserve the right to charge for re-posting replacement orders, which have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.

​

We reserve the right to contact you via telephone or email should we have any questions about your image prior to printing.

​

Damage

It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any damage that may have occurred during transit.

 

Damaged items should be covered by our shipping insurance; however, we require immediate notification of any issues.

 

Limited Warranty

Seller supplies as its sole warranty the following:

1. Prints purchased from this website shall be free from defects for one year from date of sale.

2. The warranty shall last for One Year.

3. The warranties provided for herein shall be governed by Seller’s warranty policies in effect on the date of shipment.
